Brand-new and reasonably large rooms, I had really amazing experience.

Location: the hotel was very close to all the shops, restaurants and wineries around the Funk Zone and State Street, the beach and ocean.

Be prepared for service inconsistencies, as my room requests went unfulfilled. If you can, book a room with a courtyard balcony for peace.

Unique cuisine, the place is fairly clean.

The services are impeccable, including a great pool.

The location seemed great in close walking distance to the city center. I randomly popped in Helena Avenue Bakery serving some pastries, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, it was nice.

The pool's location across the street was less than ideal for relaxation. A lovely hotel, but it could improve in certain areas.

The location is really great, just 2 minutes from the beach and pier. My room was a Beautiful King Room with air conditioning, a tv, and a luxurious bathroom with free toiletries and a shower. The rooftop pool and fitness center were nice perks, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely enjoyed the relaxing vibe!

The spa had some amazing massage treatments that really helped us relax. The only downside was the overwhelming patterns in the room's design, but it didn't ruin our stay at all 😊

This place suits me perfectly! I love the rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and relaxing jacuzzi. During my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check-in, which I appreciated. I'll keep coming back for business trips!

My weekend city stroll was made lovely by the close proximity to fine landmarks like the Santa Barbara Harbor just 1.5 km away and the amazing local eateries like Finney's just a few steps away. It's the perfect base for anyone looking to explore all that Santa Barbara has to offer, especially for a single traveler seeking adventures and relaxation.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and enjoyed the luxurious rooftop pool, made my stay relaxing after a long day exploring the area just 25 km away.

I enjoyed the cozy Superior King Room with great design. The rooftop pool was amazing and perfect. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The location is near fun restaurants and the beach. I had a fantastic stay overall 😊

But seriously, they really dropped the ball -we seemed like invisible guests, especially without decent communication when we just wanted to chill and enjoy the Santa Barbara scene.

Unfortunately, the pool area had a persistent sewer smell. I also ran into some noise issues from the nearby train station, which started rattling my mornings at 6 AM. The room design could be overwhelming with its busy patterns, which wasn't exactly a calming vibe. Valet parking fees are quite steep, while the lack of a proper lobby limits comfortable hangout spots. Lastly, I found the food at the connected restaurants subpar, particularly in terms of service.

Had one of those meals at the hotel restaurant where every bite takes you to another world, and the staff treated us like we were royalty. The room was like nothing I've seen before, spacious like it was meant for a king, plush linens.

Sure, it cost a pretty penny but well worth it.
